TikTok privacy settings on Windows: Relaxed level

TikTok can send notifications in your browser if anyone liked your video or commented on it, as well as of recommendations, live broadcasts, and your friends' new posts. Constant notifications can be really annoying and distracting. To disable them:

1. Move mouse pointer to your avatar in the upper right corner and click Settings;
2. Scroll down to the Push notifications section;
3. Disable the Allow in browser function.

In addition to enabling the Private account feature, on the TikTok site, you can only upload videos and configure their privacy before posting them. All other options are available in the app for iOS and Android.
